The Ameloot group has built a solid expertise on ALD and lithography of MOF-films for new low-k materials in microelectronics. Our results have been published in several Nature papers. We are seeking to join a consortium for the call HORIZON-CL4-2023-DIGITAL-EMERGING-01-11: Low TRL research in micro-electronics and integration technologies for industrial solutions (RIA) OR other relevant calls for MOF thin film applications such as sensors or microelectronics.
