I am Senior Researcher at Department of Computer Science at Technische Universität Darmstadt (TUDA) in Germany and member of the Telecooperation Division (TK) and my area of expertise are infrastructure protection, Internet organized crime and human safety. I have already been involved as a WP leader in Horizon 2020 European research project (e.g. TAKEDOWN, CHAMPIONs) on organized cyber-crime, online terrorist networks, polarization and radicalization by investigating models and methods for the identification, prevention and response of Internet-based crimes. I developed and offer expertise which can be employed for crime detection (such as online propaganda detection, crime tracking, emergency situations identification, identification of radicalized users etc.) by defining the concepts and investigating on models, methods and algorithms for the identification, prevention and response of Internet-based crimes, as well as by designing and implementing an online tools in combination with IoT based devices applications to enhance the fighting of online criminalities.
