Seeking for postdoctoral researchers and/or PhD candidates from Ukraine, to work with me on building post-war resilience into Ukraine’s critical infrastructure.
Research topics include the following:
Tracking damage on critical infrastructure and document how destructive events unfold;
Integrate forensic evidence from inspections, open digital data, crowdsourcing, and available methods and tools to inform optimal infrastructure reconstruction;
Develop and apply resilience models to inform prioritisation for resource allocation in Ukraine’s infrastructure recovery
